If homes in that area historically take longer to lease, you can always list at 60 days out and make notes that the home will not be available for move in until X date. There are some great communities in Pearland, as well as The Woodlands. I like Pearland because it is 15-20 min from the Texas Medical Center. You can also find 55+ communities in Katy, and Towne Lake in the Cypress, TX area. \n\nshelly@houstonshelly.com\nwww.houstonshelly.com\n832-652-7589
We love living in Benders Landing Estates! The community is wonderful. We built our home here about 5 years ago. We love the 1.598% tax rate, access to 99, 45, hardy toll, IAH and The Woodlands!
