New forms/contracts!?

What are you doing to be up to date on all of the changes? IABS looks extremely different, and there have been a pretty good amount of changes to the residential 1-4 family contract as well. Is anyone taking a particular class, are your brokerages doing "in-house" education updates, or are you just looking them over on your own accord?

Cody - I just saw that there was a Realtor only section on the questions so sorry for a late response. Personally I read over all the changes on TREC before they came out (redlined versions)- yes there are a lot of changes. I like the the IABS now just requires an initial. The biggest change is the option period now ends at 5 pm and not midnight (hallelujah!)

StarTex Title is offering a class at Premier Nationwide Lending, 105 Hunters Ln, Friendswood on January 12th from 10 - 11:15. Not sure where you are located if this is convenient. The contact is Yvaoone at yvonne.grayson@startextitle.com (832)620-3023. She may be aware of other similar classes in the area.
