Looking for some Client Gift Ideas

I am the type to always purchase a gift for my clients at closing. I have purchased multiple different things for different clients. I am seeking some different ideas to possibly make it a little easier, because I always struggle with what to get my clients. Any ideas help, thanks!!!

I ordered a bunch of custom made cutting boards from Lew's and have them on hand for closings. I use to give a Scentsy pot that had a frame on the side where I would put a picture of the new house. After I run out of these cutting boards I am going to order blank ones and have "Little Notions" engrave the house on the front of the cutting board with my information on the back. One of my fellow office agents had it done and it looks great!

My favorite are custom cutting boards. You can find adorable ones on ETSY or personalizationmall.com. When I closed on my home, my lender mailed me a custom address stamp which ended up being very useful.
