Hi Karmel,Are you asking about the education protocols for getting licensed in real estate or continuing education once you're already in the business?If youre just getting started, youll need to complete a state-approved pre-licensing course (in Texas, thats 180 hours), pass your licensing exam, and go through fingerprinting and background checks.
