Sources for commercial comps

I am getting my feet wet in commercial real estate. My broker does quite a bit and I am using Commgate as well as loopnet to find properties. It seems that these listings are not quite as up to date as the HAR system and asking or sold/list price is not always disclosed. Just wanted to see if there were any other systems I should be looking at for more accurate information.

Hello Ryan,

I have used loopnet before and the free version does not provide critical data. Are you using paid version? Did you check with your broker what tool he is using and which one he will recommend?
