If a builder has a listing in MLS stating Buyer Commission of 3.5%, are they required to honor that commission percentage?...


Hey Christopher, If Im understanding you correctly, the commission listed in the MLS is binding. It does seem to conflict a bit with the rules on false advertising, but unfortunately, thats just how it works. Hope this helps.Posted 3 years ago - Last Answered by PHerrold
