Looking for a great realtor look no further Amanda worked tirelessly to help our family to find and purchase our home. We had several hiccups in our purchase, which wasn t her fault or anything that she could have prevented. She actually worked very hard to help fix or come up with ideas to help resolve some of the issues we were having. We were looking for a unique property with specific amenities, so we had very limited properties to work with. She was very patient and showed us so many properties to help us choose the best one to fit our needs.

I can t recommend using Amanda Lister as your realtor enough We hired Amanda to sell our home and purchase a different one. She went above and beyond the average realtor to look out after her clients as well as the other parties involved in the purchase sale of a property. She is very knowledgeable, dedicated and patient with her clients. We listed our home and it sold the next day, we received great advice on the staging and getting our house ready to put on the market to help with great pictures. She will do her best to set you up for success in either buying or selling your home. If you are looking for a realtor who works hard for you, is honest and trustworthy look no further, she will do an amazing job for you

Amanda was simply amazing. Was an incredibly tough sale, not due to anything she had control over. Without her holding our hands, I'm not sure we would have made it through with finances and sanity intact.
Going through both sale of one home and purchase of another with her, even with one thing after another going wrong, was still amazingly better than purchasing our first house with a different Realtor. Went above and beyond anything we had a right to expect from the first meeting to the final closing.
Whenever we went to open houses, the wife and I would think to ourselves "Glad we have Amanda and not them for our agent." Great agent.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. Before the process started, during the process and after care as well. She ensured that we never felt lost and was always prompt to answer all of our questions. Buying our first home, we were nervous as this is something we never experienced and I believe that our experience was so wonderful and much less stressful than it could have been because of how great and informative and attentive she was for us. In the quiet times of waiting on things to process through, she always checked in with us and gave us a ton of reassurance on how things were going. She even helped us with things that aren’t even her job to do!! Deficiently above and beyond is her work ethic. She is passionate and loves what she does and it shows in her work. She was never late to showings and was always available. She is a little ray of sunshine and we appreciated her hard work so very much. Thank you Amazing Amanda for all of your hard work and care with us. She literally has a great recommendation for everything!
