Andrea was very prompt to respond when we said we would be staying in the Katy area and were ready to purchase. She listened to what was important us and immediately started sending homes that met our needs. When she saw me getting nervous we may not find the one on day 4 mind you, I may have been a little excited she promptly responded with a letter to send out in the neighborhood to see who had our next home. On day 5 we found it and it was perfect she asked questions to make sure this house fit our needs. Her negotiations exceeded our expectations She is amazing at her craft and really just wants her clients to be comfortable and happy with their home purchase. I can t imagine anyone else walking us through this.
