We had a great experience with Annie. We had to move to the Houston area due to work and and couldn t view homes in person. But Annie did a fantastic job communicating with us via phone email. She was thorough in the properties she would locate for us and gave insightful info about the property while doing a walk through that gave us a great perspective of the type of potential property we d be getting into. Working with Annie was the easiest part of our entire home-buying process. She is extremely sharp, works fast, and has the kind of instincts you only get from years of actually doing this well. From the first house we walked, she immediately pointed out things I would have never noticed on my own structural signs, renovation shortcuts, resale risks, and also the hidden strengths that actually matter. She doesn t just show homes she evaluates them like someone protecting her client s money. Communication was constant and proactive. I never had to chase her she kept us updated at every step, anticipated issues before they showed up, and coordinated everyone involved so the process didn t stall. Her negotiation skills were a real advantage. She pushed for what mattered, got things aligned quickly, and made sure we weren t leaving anything on the table. She represented us as if the outcome personally mattered to her. The closing timeline says everything: we went from offer to clear-to-close in about two weeks, and the entire transaction wrapped up in under three. Annie was so helpful for my husband and I as we bought our first house. we had done some of our own research, but we really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Annie was very knowledgable and was able to teach us step-by-step what the process looked like She was relentless in advocating for us, respectful when she was representing us, and was very prompt in communicating to us. Annie went above and beyond in our hunt for a home, she drove my husband around the greater Houston area for days looking for the right home.
