We found our home at a time where we weren t necessarily looking. But once we saw the property we knew this one was the one and we wanted to act fast. So with that came a lot of anxiety in the rushing of all the behind the scenes loan approvals, unexpected repairs, crucial improvements to our current home, etc Ashley and her Koppe Group colleagues represented us in the sell and buy of our current and new home. They did such a great job of coaching us, keeping us grounded, answering the hard questions, and just allowing us the ability to stay excited about what was to come even though selling our current home presented some unexpected challenges.
