Brian and his team did an amazing job helping us find and close on our weekend lakehouse. Despite our changing desires literally, we started out looking for a different type of home , Brian would make himself available to get us to look at properties, sometimes with little or no notice. Brian even worked over the weekend to get an offer into a seller and provided much-needed guidance when it turned into a multi-offer negotiation. Thanks to Brian's industry knowledge and experience, we quickly secured a contract and closed in less than 30 days Brian will always be our go to agent here in the Woodlands and Lake Conroe area.
