We all know how important a good real estate broker is when you decide to sell your property. What few of us know is the difference a really great broker can make. Bridget not only worked hard, but she worked smart. After a showing, she followed up with each agent for feedback on the client s response. That was not always easy but Bridget knew it was important to keep my home competitive. She went over and above my expectations for helping me keep an eye on the landscaping and the pool as much of the time I was out of town. She also helped me be realistic about the market and what we needed to do to be successful. Finally, for all of her professionalism, it was her upbeat personality and her ability to make something stressful much more fun that I truly appreciated.
