Bryan and Tyler worked very hard visiting houses with us, listening to our feedback, and adjusting search parameters as they learned our likes and dislikes. We found the home we wanted to purchase, and it was then they really shined as a team. They were very aggressive negotiating price for us and letting us know that we had room to push a little harder. In the end, I felt like they had our back fully, even if it meant a smaller commission for them. Truly, it was clear that getting the best deal they could was the favorite part of the job for Bryan.
