I did not want to complete this survey so I m annoyed with the constant texts and emails to complete it. The only areas of improvement suggested for Cathy is to provide a more detailed explanation for properties she did not recommend besides just I don t like it or I don t think it s good such as they why for each feedback. Also, there were tasks that she told me I needed to handle that other realtors have handled for me in the past. I understand these tasks are ultimately my responsibility as the buyer, but other realtors have offered to help take care of them or provided recommendations instead of telling me I needed to take care of them. Despite these, she was always on time, quick to respond to written communications and showed up for the inspection and final walk-through when I couldn t be there which are all above and beyond.

I do not feel this is a fair assessment of my services and communication. I provided a recommended list of inspectors and we discussed them. My request was for him to schedule and pay for the inspections and I would facilitate everything else - I met the inspector the day of the inspections and then negotiated the repairs with the buyer and sellers agent. Regarding feedback, I gave my opinions based on my knowledge of the area and condition but ultimately it is the buyers choice.

I came from Paris, France to purchase a one-bedroom condo. One event stands out: I had to send a check by Federal Express FedEx promptly lost my letter. There Cathy wrote a check from her own, personal account to cover the imminent need and allowed me to reimburse her later.
