Danielle is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. A strong eye for seeing issues with a property. We had several properties where Danielle was able to identify a problem that nobody else saw, but also have enough experience to know whether it was a minor or major issue.
With the property who purchased, she saw a waterline on the wall in the master closet that was directly behind the shower, and was able to make sure the home inspector verified the source of the waterline. She chased it down to ensure we were walking into an issue.
Danielle was especially great with communication. She setup a group chat right away. Texting us updates and making sure we were informed all throughout the process.
Once we bought the house she did a couple of other things to take care some of our concerns because we were still out of town. Basically, she took care of us after the sale.
We relocated several times with work, Danielle is the best we have worked with.

Honestly, I have purchased 11 homes and this was the easiest, smoothest home buying transaction ever. Danielle Fielder TXwas always available. She's so knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable with her. I felt she was on my side, truly out to help me. She's really good at what she does. A true professional. We were looking to buy a house in the Willis area I pulled up local realtors in the area Dani 's name came up and I called her and she promptly met me that same morning at the hotel. We were living in Missouri at the time and had come to Texas to look for a new house. After talking with her she got the information needed and immediately started looking for houses. Dani is very knowledgeable of the real estate in the area she went out of her way to get us the best deal on the right house for us. After a kerfuffle on a house that we really wanted that was sinking and had bad structural problems Dani took care of everything she called me on the phone and just told me what was going on and said don't worry about anything I'll handle it. After several more trips from Missouri to Texas and looking at pert near another hundred houses we finally found the one we were looking for. And again Dani was there to take care of everyting. And that's why Dani is a Five star ? realtor .
