I live in Michigan, my brother who passed away lived in Houston. Our local realtor researched the realtors available in Houston. She called and talked with Edna explaining our situation with the probate court and the urgency to sell the property for at least a specific amount that was required from the judge. They fulfilled all of the requirements the judge gave to us and helped solve our issues with Texas courts.
