Our experience leasing our house through Francisco was very smooth and easy. He walks you step by step through this process so that if this is your first time leasing, it looks way less overwhelming. He posted the sign for leasing, took care of the photos and the showings all while we were working at our full time jobs. Within a week we had 6 showings and had found the correct applicant for our home. Francisco then worked incredibly fast to get the paperwork done and our house was leased before we had to pay our first mortgage. We just could not believe the level of efficiency and proactiveness.
