We started working with her in June looking for a house to purchase and when it became necessary to pivot towards finding a rental she continued with just as much energy to help us. She was so knowledgable about both the home sales and rental markets and never tired of showing us houses so we could find the right one for us. Gale stayed calm, focused, and upbeat when we were feeling discouraged. This housing market is rough and she always helped us see we had more choices than it felt like. Gale is amazing She helped us purchase a home here in Texas while we were living in another state. She made sure we didn t miss any deadlines and was so helpful in making sure we were educated about factors that are unique to the areas we were looking to purchase I.e. homeowners insurance rates, property taxes, schools, etc . We purchased a new construction home and struggled with communication from the builder but Gale consistently found answers we struggled to get on our own.
