Gary was great to work with from start to finish. Even though the market wasn t ideal for sellers at that time and the impact of high interest rates. new constructions with big incentives, he stayed on top of everything. He kept promoting the home, gave great advice on how to make our home more appealing, handled all the showings and follow ups, and used other effective strategies that really showed his experience. He was easy to talk to, always positive, and kept reminding us, It only takes one buyer. While we saw many homes around us sitting on the market and cutting prices, Gary s hard work and negotiation skills brought the right buyer quickly without us having to do that. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. We certainly do business with him again.
