We couldn t have asked for a better Realtor than Greg. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to get our home ready to sell. He didn t just tell us what needed to be done he rolled up his sleeves and helped make it happen. He changed out light fixtures, switch plates and air vents, planted flowers, helped stage the house, and made sure every detail was ready before the photos were taken. Greg knew exactly where we needed to spend a little time and money to make the biggest impact without going overboard. By the time the house hit the market, it looked fantastic and showed beautifully. The results spoke for themselves we had only TWO by the same person showings before getting it sold What impressed us most was how personally invested Greg was in the entire process.
