Desirae was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, including negotiations, virtual walkthroughs, and even post-closing operations. She is an exceptional realtor should you find yourself seeking to buy real estate in the North of Houston area. The group as a whole was incredibly quick to communicate all the necessary documents, amendments, and negotiations. They worked completely without pressure, never trying to sell you something you don't want or need. It is truly a great group to work with! I hired professionals and I got a professional experience. It was the easiest sales tranasaction I've ever had. We set the plan, executed the plan, and got a buyer within a week at 97% of list price, with no concessions. No repairs, no back and forth. I know that doesn't always happen, but it did for me and it was great. I was regularly updated weekly and with milestone items. Closing had no delays, the team was all over everything. It exceeded my high expectations! :)

We worked with many realtors in the past but never had such an amazing experience until we met Haley. We really liked her honest opinion and how easy it was to get our house ready for sale. She provided professional photos from the house, went with us over the combs and had great people around her to make the selling process a smooth as possible. We never had such a great experience before, never. Now we are spoiled and know how it should be done. Thanks! We weren’t a big fan of open houses before because whenever we went to one in the past, the agents were sitting on their phones and were not able to give us any information about the house we were looking at. For example, how old is the roof, AC etc. But she did an amazing job at our open house. We’ve never seen such professional flyers with pictures und the specs that everybody wants to know. We got an offer after 2 days on the market at asking price and closed 28 days later. Haley and her team are amazing.
