Working with Iris Velazquez was one of the best decisions we made during our move from Massachusetts to Texas. From the very beginning, her communication was clear, consistent, and professional. When we traveled to Texas, she organized and scheduled a full weekend where we were able to view 14 homes efficiently without feeling rushed. Mrs. Iris looked and showed us houses in our price range and didnt make us feel bad about the time we spent finding the perfect house for us. She communicated constantly and had other people she knew to help us with a loan. She is very knowledgeable in purchasing a house. She made sure to keep us and our I purchasing a home on track when we finally made a deal. She didn't make us go above what we were comfortable paying for a home. She did exactly what we wanted her to do and offered her expertise when asked. Very down to earth and accommodating. We didn't regret using her for our purchase at all.
