James Dominy was wonderful from the initial signing all the way through closing. I was buying from out of state and he monitored homes I may be interested in and set up multiple viewings for my planned trips to the area. He was professional in every aspect, communicated well, and was genuinely interested in keeping things on track and running as stress free for me as possible. We ran into a potentially impactful snag the week before closing and he was able to keep things on track with the sellers and my finance company so we could close on time. I would 100 work with James again and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Jamie and would refer other clients to him. He oversaw all the fixing up that had to be done, contacted and worked with all the contractors during the cleanup, appliance installs, etc. He also did very well in finding good prices for appliances and made suggestions to enhance the presentation of the property.
