I personally have lived here as well so I really know the area well. Lakes of Fairhaven in Cypress is such a hidden gem! The lots are huge, the neighborhood is beautiful and well-kept, and it’s surrounded by top-ranked schools. You’re close to just about everything—great shopping, restaurants, and easy access to both 290 and 99, which makes getting anywhere a breeze. It’s the perfect mix of space, convenience, and community—truly one of the best places to call home in Cypress!

I may be a little biased because I live here, but Grogan’s Mill in particular located in The Woodlands truly has my heart. It’s one of the most charming and conveniently located villages in The Woodlands. I can walk or bike to just about everything—concerts at The Pavilion, coffee shops, Market Street, and miles of shaded trails that make even a hot Texas day feel (let’s be real) not peaceful, but at least bearable! What I love most is the vibe: relaxed, neighborly, and surrounded by nature. The towering trees, birdsong in the mornings, and friendly faces on bikes or front porches make it feel like a place where people still look out for each other—and that’s something special these days.
