I’ve had a very disappointing experience working with the Henry. Despite my consistent efforts to address a referral commission issue for a tenant I helped lease an apartment, my concerns have gone completely ignored. I’ve reached out multiple times via phone and email, but there has been no response, nor has the issue been addressed. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency regarding the referral process, despite having clear communication from the tenant confirming my involvement. The failure to honor the referral commission and the lack of proper follow-up makes it incredibly difficult to recommend this property to other clients. I hope the management team can improve communication and adhere to standard practices in the future, but at this point, I cannot trust them to follow through on agreements.
