When our very first showing produced a buyer who tried to pressure us into dropping our price and pulling the house off the market before they'd even submitted anything in writing, Jennifer kept us calm, protected our early momentum, and redirected them toward a formal offer on strong terms. That instinct set the tone for the whole transaction. Through inspection negotiations she was sharp and strategic, helping us respond to repair requests reasonably without giving away ground on inflated items, and she landed the deal at full asking price.
