5-Stars for Jennifer Benjamin Yoingco We had such a great experience working with Jennifer and Benjamin Yoingco of The Houston Suburb Group to sell our home in New Caney. From the very beginning, we felt that our property was in good hands. Best of all, our home was on the market for only 9 days before it sold Jennifer and Benjamin did a wonderful job marketing our home and getting it in front of the right buyers. They were responsive, kept us updated, and were always easy to communicate with. Once we received an offer, they guided us through the negotiations, stayed on top of all the details, and made sure everything kept moving forward through closing. For us, one of the most important things when selling a home is having Realtors who truly work for you people you can trust and who are willing to tell you upfront both the good and the bad. Jennifer and Benjamin did exactly that. They didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. They were straightforward with us, helped us understand our options, and gave us the information we needed to make the best decisions for our situation. Transparency is so important in a real estate transaction. There are a lot of decisions to make along the way, and you need to know that your realtors are looking out for your best interests. We appreciated being able to have open and honest conversations with Jennifer and Benjamin and knowing that they would give us their professional opinion, even when it wasn't necessarily what we expected to hear. Jennifer was very knowledgable, made our first time home buying experience very smooth and a lot less stressful. We had many questions and was very confused since it was our first time, but Jennifer explained everything very well and guided us through a very stressful process. She is very good at communicating by both being responsive and very professional with us but also all other parties, such as seller agent, lender, escrow. Everyone we worked with all praised her on how communicative and professional she was as well.

I really enjoyed working with Jennifer and her son Benjamin. They were just great never did. I have a day that I didn t know what was going on at all times and they helped me with all of the technology that I was having to deal with my age. They were just wonderful. I enjoyed them selling my properties. It turned out very well for me and if I ever hear of anybody needing a realtor, I certainly will advise them to use them.

We faced one challenge after another from issues involving the buyer s FHA loan to the added complexity of selling a home with solar panels but she handled every situation with professionalism, patience, and determination. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and worked tirelessly to solve every problem that came up. My husband and I wish we could say enough to explain how amazing Jennifer and Benjamin Yoingco are as realtors If you need to buy sell in an area they serve, we 100 recommend using their team. Jennifer s expertise consistently shines through in emails phone calls for aspects of purchasing a home that never crossed my mind. Spending time with Jennifer and Ben in person and touring homes with them to find the right option for our family was absolutely fabulous. They have very experienced eyes which thoroughly noticed premium details on houses, quality improvements upgrades, or repairs that would be needed in a quick fashion after purchase. We wouldn t have made it to closing day without the massive efforts Jennifer and Ben put forth when difficult issues or random extra items popped up. They graciously answered my myriad of questions and concerns over the months we searched as well as very specifically explained paperwork.
