Joseph is the best. I contacted him late night on Sunday and he had listings for me to view lined up Monday afternoon. He made sure every step in the buying process went smoothly and he was always there to guide me with honest answers to my concerns questions. As soon as we decided on a property he had the loan officer reach out to me and sent a letter to the seller assuring them financing would not be an issue. I would not use another agent except him.
