Juan took over after a former real estate agent left him with the file. The real estate agent was a friend of Juan's and our family , but unexpected circumstances prevented her from continuing with our transaction. I have to admit, I was concerned that the new real estate agent would not have the same level of professionalism and service. However, I was wrong. Juan picked up where the prior real estate agent left off, dealt with a situation mid-stream, and provided the same level of service. In fact, he added new 'wrinkles' and successfully dealt with my mom the main client , who is older and difficult to build trust. But Juan did it In fact, I'd say he has become a friend of the family and I was highly satisfied with his willingness to step in, remain professional even in the midst of obstacles, and shepherd the deal through.
