We recently sold our beloved home on Lake Conroe. It was a difficult decision and could have been a terribly difficult process, except that Laura Powers was beside us all the way. From the moment we met her, we could see that we were in the hands of a compassionate, competent, and confident professional. Laura listened to us and helped us forge a path that met our needs and the market s parameters. She helped us present our property in the best possible light and to the best possible market. Together, we determined the price, the best time to sell, the best way to structure the listing, and the most effective way to stage it. Laura has an extensive network of repair and support craftspeople who helped make the house perfect. We assumed that it would take up to or even over a year to find the perfect buyer, but we had a viable offer within three months. Laura was unfailingly supportive, kind, and available. When we asked ourselves recently if there was anything that could have gone better, we couldn t find anything we would have changed.
