I highly recommend taking HAR LAUNCH or GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute during your first year in real estate. The ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative is also good if youd like to focus on buyers. Hello Huy, To find homes within a zip code:Log into HAR, matrix, quick search. about the middle of the page under the blue "location information" box is a field for "zip code,"fill in- you will see on the bottom left how many homes fit the search criteria. If too many, add other serach criteria to narrow. Then click blue "results" button at the bottom left to see a list of all homes. Hope that helps. HAR offers a Matrix webinar that is helpful.
