I have been through this process several times and I understand the challenges. This particular purchase for me was going to be the biggest I have ever made and wanted to ensure I would have the best team working for me. They were incredibly available, guided me and provided professional opinions and recommendations. Even after the purchase they have continued to make sure I was happy and provide assistance. I was told they are not done until I'm happy. I absolutely plan to use them again for other properties immediately.
