I have lived in South Shore Harbour in the gated community and love it. Our neighborhood feels like a small town community because there is such a warmth here. We watch out for each other, participate in community activities and keep an eye out for our pets and our children. Need a cup of sugar or an egg? Go next door! Need a handyman? Call a neighbor! We are a welcoming area with so many phenomenal restaurants, things to do and ways to get involved. Hope to see you soon ...and call you neighbor!

Growth has been a large part of the footprint but mainly in the residential area and not as much commercial. Scenic parks, marinas, and golf courses are some of the activities we offer, or enjoy shopping and dining in the vibrant historic district or along the waterfront. With NASA nearby, boating on Clear Lake, and family-friendly events year-round from the annual Boat Parade to our Christmas on Main street with a hometown parade are all a large part of the charm found here. Love our communities, Love our town!
