You can add, remove or rearrange listing photos under manage photos on the bottom tab of the listing. You wouldnt need to completely remove the listing.
I\'ve had many amendments affecting different areas of the contract. When addressing the same contractual item, the new amendment takes precedence. That should not affect the amendments involving other paragraphs of the contract. As I understand, they are all independent unless addressing the same paragraph. But, always best to contact a lawyer with questions.
Do you still want it Active, just no showings permitted? You can do that by going into your listing, choose “edit” and under the showing information tab you choose “Temporarily No Showings” in The yellow “Showing Instructions” box.
