When I called her to say we wanted to move from our luxury apartment into a single family home - she immediately had a property in mind for us. Marina was my sister s realtor for both buying their new home and selling their old home a few years ago, so we knew we d be in great hands when it was time for us to buy a home in Katy. We looked at some houses we found on our own, and none ever seemed right for us once we explored the area and toured the house. Marina drew our attention to this house before it even hit the market, and we knew it was the one the first time we saw it in person. For the perfect home that wouldn t require a lot of work, we were willing to go to the top of our budget. Marina really went above and beyond for us. We lived in Austin during this time and couldn t always make it back to Houston on short notice, so Marina went to the initial showing and home inspection walkthrough and FaceTimed us.
