Hello Faisal. Exciting that you are getting this opportunity to present a home to other Realtors (and the public) for sale/lease. You must have a signed listing agreement spelling out the terms of your relationship with your sellers/landlord. This agreement will spell out who is involved, details of the property, and the length of time the agreement will cover. Pay attention to the HAR rules, including the number of photos you must post and things you cannot talk about online, including compensation to other Realtors. Don't forget your lockbox if using one to allow Realtor access, as well as the yard sign. So much more goes into this, but these are the basics. Let me know if you would like more tips. Once your home is up and running on the MLS, reach out to those agents who have set up auto-searches in the MLS via Reverse Prospecting. Hello CandyRealtors have access to "sold" prices via the MLS. To protest the appraisal district for accessed value, a Realtor can run numbers to give you an idea on value. We would need some information on your home and that would help us pin-point a more accurate value. For tax protest you will look at Jan 1, 2024-Dec 31, 2024.
