We absolutely loved working with Mark. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand what we wanted in a home. He even introduced us to Garden Oaks, a neighborhood that wasn t on our radar but ended up being the perfect fit for us. When we found a house we loved, Mark provided thoughtful, data-driven insight into the market that gave us the confidence to submit a strategic offer below asking, and it worked. During the option period, he guided us through the inspection process and caught a major mistake in the seller s disclosure, which allowed us to negotiate nearly 30K back. On closing day, Mark went above and beyond in ways we ll never forget. He helped me plan and execute my proposal, set up the sign I brought, blocked the windows for privacy, and made sure every detail went smoothly. It meant the world to us. There may be plenty of real estate agents out there, but having someone like Mark in your corner makes all the difference. Mark and team are incredible He had surgery in the middle of our home buying process and STILL worked so hard to ease our stress. I cannot say enough good things about the kindness, expertise and effort they bring to your home search. We stumbled upon them by chance and are so glad we did. While we worked primarily with Mark, we also enjoyed meeting Becky and knowing that we had her as a backup if Mark was out or unreachable. They are responsive, attentive, hospitable, just all around fantastic to work with. We really felt supported in our home search and were very impressed with Mark s ability to provide feedback in a manner that did not bias our decision-making process. He helped us navigate an unfamiliar neighborhood in a strange market and we truly believe we wouldn t feel as at home as we do now without him. Mark and team went above and beyond their scope of work for us. We purchased a historic home that was completely remodeled and Mark brought a keen eye to the blue tape walkthrough then coordinated everything with the seller contractor so we wouldn t have to worry. We were also having significant complications with our mortgage lender and Mark stepped in to help sort it out. 2 days after we closed, we were travelling with our 1 year old and couldn t get into the garage to park my truck before the flight left. Mark literally came over at 7am, took my truck keys and figured everything out with the seller contractor while we went off to the airport. I mean, if that isn t white glove service, I don t know what is Cannot recommend highly enough
