Matt Clark is a superb communicator with a remarkable knowledge of the bay area. He worked incredibly hard to move our property in a difficult market. He personally spent a great deal of time ensuring open houses, etc. went smoothy. He was always honest and straightforward, while always honoring our needs and perspectives. His open mindset and willingness to explore all options was most impressive. What was most important, however, was his ever-present posture of honesty and ethicality to all parties encountered. I would highly recommend Matt, as his consistency and energy level was what ultimately drove the sale of our property. I can’t imagine working with anyone else!
