Selling our rental property turned out to be more challenging than we expected. We kept receiving low investor offers, and at times it felt like we d have to settle for less than the home was worth. It was in an up and coming area of Houston and we felt that it should sell for more. Melisa stayed positive and didn't give up on finding the right buyers. She continued to market the property thoughtfully and ultimately connected us with a couple purchasing their first fix-and-flip. Because of her persistence and hard work, we were able to sell for much more than the earlier offers we had received. Her dedication truly made a difference, and we re very grateful for her guidance throughout the process. We would absolutely work with Melisa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
