We had to sell our home from out of state. Michael not only acted as our realtor, but also as our Project manager while our home had construction. I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't chosen him as our realtor. He did so much for us from meeting with contractors, making home improvements,power washing, marketing our home. He priced our home right and his negotiating skills were amazing!
