I recently closed on my home, and I can honestly say I would not have made it through this process without Mona. She was with me every single step of the way steady, responsive, and always one step ahead. Her communication was exceptional. I never had to wonder what was happening or what came next she kept me informed in real time and made sure I understood every detail. What stood out most was how she represented me. When something needed pushback, she handled it quickly, respectfully, and with complete professionalism. She advocated for me in ways that made me feel protected and supported, especially in moments where other parties dropped the ball. Mona is the kind of agent who truly shows up for her clients. She s knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I m deeply grateful for her guidance and would recommend her without hesitation. My only small suggestion is around communication boundaries. There were a couple of moments before and after closing where I was included in group threads with the buyer s agent and asked to respond directly, and I wasn t always sure if that type of communication should stay between agents. Clarifying that boundary would make the process even smoother for future clients.
