I am 71 years old and finally decided to sell the family home that I moved into when I was 3 years old. Obviously this was a very emotional experience. Nedal guided me through it all recomending what updates I should make to the home and recomendations for contractors that did an amaziing job. I received several offers with in a week on the market and accepted one that was 20,000 above asking price. She held my hand, gave me a shoulder to cry on and helped me through this emotional experience. Her knowledge of what to do to make a home more appealing to buyers is remarkable. I bought the property while I was out of country. So I had to rely upon Nedal more than usual. She helped me in every step even staying up after midnight to correspond with me on what s app I m 9 hours difference Dubai . My son and a friend went with her to see the house and she even videoed everything including inside cabinets etc. she was AMAZING and I would highly recommend her to anyone. 5 star all the way.
