LOOKING FOR REAL ESTATE BROKER THAT ARE HELPFUL FOR NEW AGENTS

I signed with CB&A realtors. They have mentorship program and training. The broker is a teacher at HAR and is great. They have a flat fee pay structure per transaction so they really want you to make money not the broker. Let me know if you need any more help or want to know more!
