Could you elaborate on the dual green certifications (IGBC and EDGE) that Signature Global Titanium SPR has achieved? What specific sustainable practices contributed to these certifications?

Hey Abhay!Great question and yes Signature Global Titanium SPRs dual IGBC Gold and EDGE certifications are impressive examples of thoughtful sustainable developmentThe EDGE certification recognizes how efficiently the project is designed to conserve resources. Titanium SPR is built to use significantly less energy and water compared to conventional buildings thanks to features like energy-efficient lighting systems smart metering low-flow fixtures and water recycling systems. These practices not only reduce environmental impact but also lead to lower utility costs for residentsThe IGBC Gold rating reflects additional commitments like using eco-friendly construction materials maximizing natural light and ventilation incorporating solar energy for common areas and implementing solid waste and rainwater management systemsTogether these certifications demonstrate that the project was designed with long-term sustainability in mind supporting healthier living environments and better resource managementIf youre curious how these principles can be applied locally or would like to explore similar certified developments Id be happy to assistPeter n'KoloAppropos Real Estatepeter@approposre.com713 393 7194

what is the fee to sell my house?

Hey Johanna!Thats a great question! In Texas, the commission to sell a house is negotiable, but it's typically around six percent of the sale price. That fee usually covers both the listing agent and the buyers agent, split between them.Heres how it generally works: If your home sells for $300,000 a six percent commission would be $18,000. Thats usually split evenly, so $9,000 goes to the buyers agent and $9,000 to the listing agent. Some agents work with lower commission rates if it makes sense, or they offer a flat fee for certain services. Keep in mind this fee usually comes from your proceeds at closingyou dont need to pay anything upfront. If you'd like, I can walk you through the costs and value in your specific neighborhood to help you compare. Id also be happy to go over a marketing plan so you feel confident in the service for the fee you choose.Let me know if youd like a custom breakdown or to discuss next steps.Peter nKoloAppropos Real Estatepeter@approposre.com713 393 7194
