Yes, there needs to be a licensed real estate agent present. So usually the listing agent will get an online lead and if the buyer has no representation then listing agent would hold the home tour/ showing but there is paperwork needed now from my understanding.
Such an amazing community, they offer beautifully designed homes and the amenities are great! Bridgeland is top 3 for me in Cypress, TX.
