Unclear if youre a newly qualified real estate agent or an existing agent.Within the first two years of earning your license, and to renew your license, you must complete an additional 90 hours of SAE courses (270 hours total), including 4 hours of TREC's Legal Update I and 4 hours of TREC's Legal Update II.All SAE courses must be taken through a TREC-approved provider (there are several in person and online providers - Ive used Champions and TheCEshop for both, links below). Then, every following two years you must complete an additional 18 hours of CE courses to renew your license. This includes 4 hours of Legal Update I, 4 hours of Legal Update II, 3 hours of Contract-Related coursework, and 7 hours of elective CE courses. You can check your SAE/CE credits have been reported to TREC by visiting the TREC website and searching for your license number. Hope this helps

I'm curious why the question is so vague. CE means something to realtors but it shows that you are not logged in as a realtor. HAR.com has soooooo many CE classes available at awesome prices. Give HAR a call if its Continued Education you are referring to. 713-629-1900

CE just means Continuing Education Class, you can do these in person and online. I have done some via HAR through the training link.

Hi Mary Lou, to get on Continuing Education (CE) as a real estate professional, you need to enroll in TREC-approved CE courses. You can take them online or in-person through an approved real estate school. Once completed, your course hours are reported to TREC, which keeps your license active and up-to-date
