Rachel Bain is a godsend!
Initially as me and my wife were starting the homebuying process and getting realtor information, Rachel took a zoom call with us and immediately stood out with her effort and documentation that showed the process of homebuying and what stage we were in. We felt confident and in the know during every step of the process and when we had any questions or concerns Rachel was on it. She collaborated very well with our lender and when she couldn't make the tours, her husband Bradley was there to fill in as well.
