I cannot say enough wonderful things about Raquel Forero and the outstanding job she did selling my house. Selling this house was not an easy process. I had tenants who were extremely difficult to get out, and it took nearly five months before I was finally able to move forward with preparing the property for sale. Throughout that entire process, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive. She never made me feel pressured or frustrated, even when things were taking much longer than expected. Then, during the process, my mom passed away, which added another unexpected delay and made it difficult for me to focus on selling the house. My agent quietly continued working behind the scenes, staying on top of things and moving the process forward without adding any additional stress to what was already a very difficult time for me. That meant more to me than she probably realizes. We received some very low offers from investors, which she presented to me, but she also respected my decision to decline them. I really wanted my home to go to a family rather than an investor, and she stood by me and supported that decision. In the end, everything worked out better than I could have hoped. We sold the house to a wonderful young couple, at a very nice profit for me, and I have the comfort of knowing that the home went to a family who will hopefully create many happy memories there. What started as a very stressful and difficult journey ultimately ended with a wonderful outcome. I am incredibly grateful for her patience, persistence, professionalism, and genuine understanding throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients.
