"Dawn Walther is a fantastic realtor and has become a true friend. She was the listing agent for my double connected condo at Palisade Palms Condominiums. Due to the large size of the condo, it was time consuming to sell, but Dawn never gave up finding new creative ways to showcase the condo. She was there for every showing and worked hard finding potential buyers. She even found workmen to make necessary repairs and physically help moved items out of the condo to comply with the buyers’ contract. She is always upbeat, positive and creative. After working with her for over a year, I consider her a true friend and highly recommend her without any reservations whatsoever.

"Dawn represented the seller of our recent condo purchase. Our own realtor ghosted us after the sale, but Dawn has been very kind and helpful to give us information and a tour of Palisade Palms. We absolutely love this place, and I recommend Dawn as a hard-working, caring realtor."
