"Melinda is a trustworthy agent, she is one we can count on. She always listen to us patiently, finding other options. Our family all thanks her."
"In the past eleven months Melinda Gordon helped us purchase our new home and sell our prior home. Both in outstanding time. Two weeks from contract to close on the purchase and 6 weeks from listing to close on the full price sale of our prior home.
Melinda's research regarding the list price of the home we sold was absolutely accurate leading to active showings and three competing offers.
We have recommended Melinda to two couples looking for their next homes and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
Melinda and the team at Bernstein are our go to real estate professionals.
We not only found a great agent in Melinda, we found a friend.
